New Passport Service
This passport service is for new applicants that have never had a US passport or their last passport expired more than 5 years ago (typical validity for US Passports is 10 years with a 5 year renewal grace period. Applicants who had a shorter than 10-year validity period will typically not be able to renew and will need to apply for a new US passport as well). New passport service requires all applicants to visit a local acceptance agent ($25.00 fee will be paid to the acceptance agent) to witness their signature and officially seal their documents. A US Government fee of $170.00 applies for all applicants and that is not included in our service fees.

Passport Renewal Service
The passport renewal service is for people that have a US Passport that was issued with a 10-year validity, and it expired less than 5 years ago. Passports that didn’t have a 10-year validity will not be able to renew (Child passports are NOT renewable, nor are passports with 1-year or 2-year validity). Renewing a US Passport does not require getting your documents sealed or going to an acceptance agent. A US Government fee of $170.00 applies for all passport renewal applicants and that is not included in our service fees.

Child Passport Service
Child passport service is for children that are less than 16 years old. For a child to be issued a passport either both parents will need to appear at an acceptance agent or if one parent is not available to visit during the application process they can provided a notarized consent form in-lieu of personal appearance. If one parent is not available at all than a court order must be shown that the applying parent has sole custody. If one parent is deceased then proof of death must also be shown. In most other cases of a parent not being available, a sworn statement can be attempted to show that the applying parent has tried adequate attempts to contact the absentee parent (the passport agency will scrutinize all child passport applications in order to prevent unauthorized removal of a child and/or parental alienation and/or kidnapping). Child passport service requires the child (and parents or parent with notarized consent of absentee parent) to visit a local acceptance agent ($25.00 fee will be paid to the acceptance agent) to witness their signature and officially seal their documents. A US Government fee of $140.00 applies for all child applicants and that is not included in our service fees.

Lost / Damaged Passport Replacement Service
This service is for those that either lost a passport or have a passport that has been damaged. In addition to a lost passport application you must also file an official statement about your passport being lost (or stolen). The lost/damaged passport service requires all applicants to visit a local acceptance agent ($25.00 fee will be paid to the acceptance agent) to witness their signature and officially seal their documents. The same document required for a new passport will be required for this service (with the addition of the lost passport statement). A US Government fee of $170.00 applies for all applicants and that is not included in our service fees.
