After placing an order, we will call you within 1-2 hours (during normal business hours)
at the phone number you provide to review your order for an expedited passport. We will answer any questions you may have, we will then provide you with the the lost / stolen passport checklist
, the FedEx inbound shipping label to ship your documents to us and the letter of authorization you need to sign to allow us to get the passport processed for you.
By purchasing our service, we will reserve a Department of State issued expediting slot (Issued only to registered passport couriers and guaranteed by us to get your documents in the time-frame you select – Please read our policies). We will then hand-deliver your passport application to a regional passport issuing office.
On the day it is issued (based upon your purchased service level) we will send the documents back to you via FedEx.
